In this session we’ll explore how you can overcome the infamous ‘imposter syndrome’. You’ll learn how to increase your confidence to ace that interview, presentation or client meeting, and leave a positive impression on everyone you meet.
Part Two - Boosting Personal Wellbeing and resilience
Life can be tough. We face endless demands on our time and energy. We face complex challenges and we never know what’s round the next corner. In this session we will focus on how to boost our wellbeing and resilience to help us successfully manage the challenges thrown at us.
